massage, visceral & craniosacral therapy
My training and experience include working on both a myofascial and subtle (craniosacral) level with various organs and tissues in the body. This means we can work directly with the muscular layers of the organs, gently releasing adhesions around areas like the stomach, intestines, uterus, or bladder.
Craniosacral techniques are often associated with the cranial bones and the tissues surrounding the spinal cord, but they can also be applied to the intrinsic movement patterns of the organs themselves — inviting balance, spaciousness, and deeper integration.
This style of treatment can sometimes bring emotional experiences to the surface. While I am not trained as a somatic therapist and do not intentionally provoke or guide emotional release, I offer a compassionate space where everything is welcome. My approach is patient-led — you are always in charge of how much you share, and whether or not you engage verbally. My intention is to create a safe, sacred container for you to simply be with yourself.
Some patients choose to receive a full craniosacral session, remaining fully clothed and dropping into a deeply parasympathetic state — a quiet listening to what the body wants to say.
Others prefer a relaxation massage that weaves in 20–30 minutes of specific organ or craniosacral work.
Another beautiful and complementary approach is combining acupuncture with craniosacral therapy.
